The best shooting caliber for deer and larger game is 7.32 x 39 and the best all around caliber for small and medium game is 45 ACP. I like oil finish checkered Bastogne walnut stocks and high gloss blue 45 ACP barrels. My dad's favorite gun store in Montana is Rick's in Ashville. My mom got her 7.32 x 39 online at Cabelas.
