Hello my name is Gerald Jack Phillips. I currently live in a large 4 bedroom cape cod home a few miles above Goodwell, SC. My family have lived here since 1993. In my opinion this area is a wonderful area in which to live. I would recommend highly this area in which to live to any home buyer. Foggy Overlook Homes was the builder for our wonderful home. That company is wonderful. We all like our house.
